Before getting or adopting a pet, some people don’t give it much thought. It can be guessed by how many animals are in shelters or have been abandoned by their owners and are living on the streets. Pet animals can’t care for themselves, so they always put their trust in the people who can.
In Buenos Aires, Argentina, a woman was walking around with a dog on a leash when she immediately picked up the dog, threw him through a fence into someone’s garden, and ran away.
Adriano is a 14-year-old blind dog whose owner left him in the garden of a house in Buenos Aires’ La Paternal neighborhood.
The exact moment when a woman was walking with a Cocker Spaniel was caught on security cameras in the area.
She picked him up and, out of the blue, threw him into a house’s garden.
A letter was also left in the mailbox by the (presumed) previous owner.
The letter was written as if the dog had written it: “My name is Adriano. I’m 14. I was born on October 6, 2008. ” I have been blind for three years.”
“I am not neutered.” I’m very good. I never bite adults, children, or other animals. I get sick when I eat food that people make. “I find it hard to eat bones.”
A representative from the shelter said, “That’s how they gave up on him, as if his life didn’t matter, as if he were a stuffed animal, as if he didn’t feel it.”
“If you knew you were leaving him, how would you leave the house with the letter already written, put him on a leash, and take him for a walk?” Their job was to do it.
“The poor dog doesn’t get it at all.” In a post, they wrote, “We feel helpless because we cried about the situation all day on Sunday, and we can’t believe this could happen.”
With the help of people in Buenos Aires, the Shelter tried to find Adriano a permanent home.
In the end, Adriano found a home and was taken in by a kind-hearted woman who took him in and cared for him.
